The conference fee includes

Conference attendance, library tours, city tracks: museum visit, guided art walk in Deichman Bjørvika or open-air walk at Akershus Fortress. 

Reception with tapas and drinks wednesday, lunch Thursday and Friday, conference dinner Thursday, and coffee and snacks  throughout the conference.

Limited spots available

There are 150 spots available for the conference. Secure your place before ticket sales close on August 7th. 

Cancellation

Should the organizer need to cancel the conference due to unforeseen events or force majeure the registration fee will be refunded in full. Each participant is responsible for arranging for travel insurance to cover any other expenses.

If you cancel before August 7th, the fee will be refunded. After this, the fee will not be refunded.
